One-Time Evaluation

  • Self-pay. Insurance isn’t accepted, but HSA/FSA may be available.
  • Pay over time. Affirm is available at checkout.
  • Asynchronous. Go at your own pace, with no live video visit.
  • Next steps. Your primary care team guides ongoing care.
  • Genetic testing. If referred, it’s done through a third-party lab that accepts insurance. The cost isn’t included, but the lab may offer financial assistance.
